Short version: Splatter stores the minimum it needs to work, and nothing is sold to anyone.
Last updated September 2026
Server IDs and settings (your prefix, which modules are on), plus the data specific commands need to function — deleted messages for snipe, username changes for namehistory, and juul state per server. That's it.
The dashboard stores your Discord ID, username and avatar so it can show you your servers. If you've verified an email with Discord, we ask for and store that too — used for exactly one thing: a reminder if a whitelisted server needs renewing. It's never used for marketing and never shared.
Sniped messages are held briefly and overwritten by the next one. Name history is kept until someone clears it with the clearnames command. Server settings are kept while the bot is in your server.
Remove Splatter from your server and its stored settings and data for that server are deleted. Nothing is retained afterwards.
We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or read messages beyond what a command explicitly needs. There's no analytics tracking on individual users.
Ask in the Discord server and it'll be removed. No forms, no waiting period.
