Using Splatter means agreeing to these. There aren't many.

Splatter is provided as-is. Don't use it to break Discord's Terms of Service or to harass people. Doing either gets your server blacklisted.
It's a hosted service, so downtime happens. There's no formal uptime guarantee, but outages get posted in the Discord before anywhere else, and the live status page always reflects what's actually running.
You're responsible for how the bot is configured in your server and for what your members do with it. Moderation decisions your staff make are yours, not ours.
Commands may be added, changed or removed as the bot develops. Anything that meaningfully changes existing behaviour gets announced in the Discord server first.
You can remove the bot at any time. We can remove it from servers that abuse it, without notice.
